STANDARD 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Every new system installed by SA Smart Homes includes a standard 1-year warranty covering all parts and workmanship. Our goal is to ensure you are comfortable using your new system, and we provide training to help with that. If you require additional training or consultation, we are happy to assist.

Please note that vandalism, misuse, or acts of God are not covered under the 1-Year Warranty. Emergency after-hours calls during the first year will be billed at emergency rates, with a 2-hour minimum charge.

What happens after the first year?

After the warranty period expires, if you have not opted for our ROSE CARE or PREMIUM 365 programs, service calls will be invoiced on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Rest assured, you will continue to receive the high-quality and dependable service that our customers have come to expect from SA Smart Homes, without any penalties for not choosing our Preventative Maintenance Agreements.

  • Video Surveillance
  • Wireless Security
  • Card Access
  • Telephone Entry
  • 24/7 Intrusion Monitoring
  • ULC Fire Alarm Monitoring
  • Intrusion Alarms
  • Key Management

If requested, service calls, maintenance visits, inspections, and other services will be invoiced based on our Commercial Service rates and will be addressed as promptly as possible between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
